Twiggy Partners is the reseller program of Твигги Шоп ЕООД (ЕИК 203138688), which decides how the data below is used. The software is operated for Twiggy Shop by ULTRA SMOOTH STUDIO SRL, Romania (office@albustudio.com), which processes the data only on Twiggy Shop's instructions.

What we hold

• Resellers: the contact name, company, email, phone, VAT number, country, website and message sent with the application; prices agreed with Twiggy Shop; payments recorded on the reseller balance.
• Resellers' customers: the name, delivery address and phone of each order a reseller sends, needed to create and ship the order from the Twiggy Shop store.
• The Twiggy Shop store's product catalog and stock, to show prices and availability in the portal and feeds.

How it is protected

• Customer names, addresses and phones are encrypted (AES-256) in the database and never shown on any screen; they are read only to create the order, and every read is logged.
• All traffic uses HTTPS. Backups are encrypted and kept 14 days.
• Delivery details are deleted 90 days after an order is shipped or cancelled.

Where it is stored

On servers rented from Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC) and in the Twiggy Shop Shopify store.

Your rights

You can ask Twiggy Shop for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or object to its use. Reseller accounts and their data are deleted when the reseller leaves the program.
